My Philosophy
I believe you can be ambitious, successful and fulfilled, without having to do everything, all at once.
For women of our generation, we grew up with a powerful message: you can have it all. We were encouraged to be ambitious, build careers, become leaders, earn our own money, have relationships, children, friendships and a life outside of work.
But somewhere along the way, having choices became having to do everything, and doing it all brilliantly.
I don't believe that's possible and struggling to do it all (like we all do!) doesn't mean that you've failed.
Life changes and so do we.
Becoming a mother can change your priorities, your identity, your ambitions and your definition of success.
You can love being a mum and miss the person you were before children. You can be hugely ambitious and still want to build a life where success doesn't come at the expense of being present for your family. You can love your career and question whether you still want it.
These aren't contradictions. They're part of life, career and motherhood.
There will be seasons when your career needs more of you, seasons when your family needs more of you, and seasons when you need more of you.
I coach women to step back and ask 'what actually matters to me now'?
Not what you thought success would look like at 25. Not what you see everyone else doing. And not what you think you should want.
But what genuinely matters to you now.
Sometimes that's more ambition. Sometimes it's more flexibility. Sometimes it's a completely new direction.
My role is to provide the space to pause, challenge the noise and make choices that feel intentional.
I believe women can build a career they are proud of and a family life they value. They just might not be able to give everything 100% all of the time, and that's okay.
